Mr. Xu Jianguo, Director, Vice President and CFO of the company, used to be Deputy Head of the Financial Department of Shanghai Electric Group Asset Management Co., Ltd., Deputy Head and Head of the Finance and Budget Department of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, and Head of General Management Department (Finance and Budget Department) of Shanghai Electric Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
