Mr. Hu Xupeng currently serves as the Vice President and Board Secretary of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. Previously, Mr. Hu held various positions, including Prosecutor at the People&39;s Procuratorate of Bengbu City, Anhui Province; Legal Specialist in the Asset Preservation Department of the Head Office of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank; Vice President, Chief Risk Control Officer, and Board Secretary of China Oceanwide Trust Co., Ltd.; Vice President of Shanghai Guotai Junan Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd.; General Manager of the Pledge Financing Department and General Manager of the Risk Management Department at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.; Party Committee Secretary and Vice President of Shanghai Electric Financial Group; and Chief Investment Officer of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Hu graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the same institution.
