CFHI (Heilongjiang) Wind Power Hybrid Tower Co. (hereinafter referred to as “Longjiang Hybrid Tower"), a joint venture between Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Electric Wind Power”) and CFHI, completed the first hybrid tower tube piece in Fularji District, Qiqihar.
As a provincial model demonstration enterprise in Heilongjiang, Longjiang Hybrid Tower took the lead in adopting the world&39;s first wind power hybrid tower tube piece automation assembly line and serves the market with a lean and intelligent production and operation management mode. The workshop has an assembly line, concrete mixing equipment, 3060 high-precision molds with adjustable walls and other processing equipment, covering the whole production process of hybrid tower tube pieces, including feeding, mixing, pouring, etc. Through the automatic control system, it can achieve smooth operation, laying the foundation for high-volume and high-efficiency production of wind power hybrid tower tube pieces. In the future, Longjiang Hybrid Tower will efficiently ensure the delivery of wind power hybrid tower projects in the northeast region within 500 kilometers.
It is reported that Longjiang Hybrid Tower was established at the end of 2022, as an important part of Shanghai Electric Wind Power&39;s multiple initiatives in recent years to strengthen the core components technology and optimize the supply chain. Leveraging the production bases of Longjiang Hybrid Tower and the Jinchang Base in Gansu, Shanghai Electric’s wind power industry will accelerate the technical penetration of many core components, including hybrid towers, and supply chain layout, to ensure the delivery of “customer-centric and highly reliable" one-stop solutions.
