On-site maintenance of valves using deep cavity profile boring equipment: be able to repair the valve seat sealing surface and replace the valve seat.

Cumulatively completed on-site valve maintenance work for dozens of power plants including Jiexiu Power Plant, Bangladesh Power Plant, Hanchuan Power Plant, and South Korea Lichun Power Plant.

  • Machining diameter:

    200-600mm; depth: 0-1400mm, cylindricity up to 0.02mm (within 400mm of the axis line).

  • Cumulatively completed on-site repair of more than 400 valves, with a 100% wire contact success rate after repair.
