An on-site machining device has been developed to address the problems that the deformation of cylinder vertical end faces fails to meet installation requirements and the outer cylinder is difficult to be returned to the factory during flow passage retrofitting.

It has completed cylinder flow passage retrofitting and capacity expansion retrofitting for more than 30 power plants and enterprises including Yueqing Power Plant, Fa&39;er Power Plant, Xibaipo Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Qilu Petrochemical.

  • Adjustable supporting and calibration method:

    Adopting a combination of main supports at both ends and auxiliary supports in the middle, adapting to workpieces of different lengths via a hoop structure, and ensuring perpendicularity ≤ 0.1 mm by means of optical axis calibration and data restoration methods.

  • Modular cutting unit:

    Featuring a movable design that allows fixation at any position of the main spindle; the tool rest adopts a two-axis pallet to achieve radial/axial feeding; the hollow shaft slip ring technology is applied to solve the problem of cable winding on the rotating main spindle.
